Heya Everyone and welcome to my kingdom!
My name is Chaz. I am from England and wish to one day make a living creating art!
I'm self-taught and have been drawing for as long as I have been able to pick up a pencil.
I love to make Digital and Traditional art in my free time.
I mainly love drawing adorable little ponies and am trying to learn other things alongside them.I thank everyone for any support you show me it really means a lot and helps keep me going!

Terms Of Service

If you would like a commission then please contact me via Discord or Email, I will respond as fast as I can. Please be patient as time zones are very important.My time zone is BST, England. Please keep that in mind when sending me anything.Please do not rush me, commissions take time!
You may ask about how your commissions are doing just please don't do it too often as it will cause me more stress.
I keep everything up to date on my Trello any progress will be documented there!When commissioning me please keep in mind that I have a job and things may take a lot longer than anticipated.I appreciate each one of you and all your support helps me to keep going!Email - [email protected]

GENERAL TERMSPlease provide a neat reference of the character you want to be drawn. If the reference is traditional the risk of misinterpreted design may occur, Pony town sprites are still acceptable but there may still be some confusion.
Please write clearly and with respect.
I have the right to refuse and delay an order because of personal issues as well as if the character is stolen or copied from others.
If any ill behaviour occurs I will not be accepting your commission and it will be cancelled.
I work with a slot system, Once these slots are filled I will not take any more until I have completed that batch so please be patient to obtain a slot.
Understand that I have a life outside of art, please do not nag or constantly ask for updates. Please be patient and wait for them.PAYMENTAll commissions will be paid in full upfront.
The only payment I currently accept is POUNDS [GBP] on PayPal or Stripe.
Any other payment methods can be discussed further. [Gift cards, Ko-Fi, Etc.]
My commissions are paid first, you have 24 hours to pay or I will consider your order void.
I do not give out refunds if you have commissioned me you have agreed to no refunds.PROCESSPlease message me if you would like an update on your commission, you can DM me on Discord, please keep in mind that I have a job outside of the internet and may be absent for a period of time.
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
I'm able to make changes throughout if needed.
After the commission is finished, I'm willing to make small changes (like adding glasses, etc)
Any great changes after completion will result in you being charged extra.
Make sure to be clear in your order with what you aim for.USAGEThe artist holds every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I am allowed to;
- Post it wherever I wish to
- Display it anywhere to my liking
- Promote myself with it in any place or siteThe commissioners are allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless discussed otherwise
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character/s but not the drawing itself
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement (and therefore NOT allowed):
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially:
(Meaning making money off of it in any way)
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork
- Removing any watermark/signatures
- Reposting my art without permission
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be +300% of the original price.
With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork,
use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking, etc.
Credit is ALWAYS required for usage of the artwork,
even if rights are purchased, or the art is edited.If you share the artwork I made for you online I would like to be tagged as others can find me that way, you can find me at @Chazmazda everywhere.ADOPT/CHARACTERSYou can not claim the design of the adopt as your own, always credit me.
If you have bought an adopt/character from me you have a ONE MONTH cool down before you can re-sell or gift.
You can not resell any designs I have made for a higher price than when you bought them unless additional art has been added to them, any free art and gifts do not go towards the price of the design.
Any designs that have been traded can not be sold and can only further be traded.When you have bought a custom or adoption from me do not change them drastically, Dm me if you are unsure if the slight re-design is okay.
Hair, hair length, accessories, and markings are all okay just make sure that the design stays close to the original!
They must be recognizable.Any designs I have given away for free can only then be given for free to keep things fair.When offering a design and you have offered art the design will stay in my name until the art is completed, only then will you receive the design and they then will be yours.BASES
do NOT remove my watermark on any of my bases! If it gets in the way of a design you are free to move it, but it must stay visiable.
You MUST credit me for the base
If you want to tag me on social media you can, I love seeing what people use my base for!
I DO NOT like or want edits to my bases!
You CAN NOT resell the bases I have made or use them for Commissions/YCHs.
You are free to use them as reference sheets as long as credit is given.By commissioning me you have read fully and have accepted my TOS!

Black List

Blacklisted people are not allowed to commission me or purchase my designs, they cannot send anyone on their behalf to purchase anything from me. Anything they owned before being blacklisted they may keep. Art, OCs, etc. If its a Species of its a different case.While people that are blacklisted are not "banned" from owning a design I have made I would prefer if they didn't due to personal reasons, they can buy them second hand etc. But if someone is found to buy a design from me to then sell on to someone within the blacklist, they themselves will end up on here.I ask that you do not go and harass or attack anyone that is mentioned.Everyone on the list makes me uncomfortable so please do not bring them up unless you wish to know more about what happened. I want to be as transparent as possible with everyone. I would prefer if I didn't draw a character that is either made by them/Owned by them or part of any species under the list.If you would like information or an explanation of why these people are blacklisted then please DM me on Discord at @Chazmazda.

Thin ice

People on this List are on Thin ice.
They still do not fully have my trust yet OR I don't really have a big issue with them.This means they have done one of the following.
- Reached out and apologised for their actions.
- Realised what they did was wrong.
- Solved issues but not moved on.
- I Particularly don't have an issue with them.
- removed me from their blacklist.
ECT...They will remain on this list until behaviour has been improved and/or i am removed from their blacklists and have reached out to talk about our issues.These people can buy things off me, but if anything happens they will be put on the blacklist immediately!
